For help with Solyx, email support@solyxapp.com. Include a short description of what happened, your iPhone model, and your iOS version. Please do not send passwords or payment information.
Subscriptions
Use Restore Purchases on the Solyx subscription screen if a previous subscription is not recognized. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your Apple Account subscription settings.
Reminders
If reminders are not arriving, open iPhone Settings, select Notifications, choose Solyx, and confirm that notifications are allowed. You can edit each habit’s reminders from Solyx.
Your data
Solyx stores habit and Galaxy data locally. You can export it from Settings or use Delete Galaxy for a full in-app reset.
